The Sushi & Grill restaurant Shabu Shabu in Zoetermeer was due for renewal. It is a successful formula with tasty dishes made from delicious, fresh products. The appearance of the interior needed to be aligned with Shabu Shabu’s fresh, accessible working method. And this needed to be achieved without sacrificing the number of visitors who dine there every evening.
